It really needs to be kept better, maintained better, made more modern with the expensive prices they charge! Better front desk communication with the customers and follow thru with inputting proper notes and etc. Their house cleaning beyond stinks!! All the kitchen appliances are broken and supplies are so limited! Extremely disappointed in our stay which had been over 1 month due to waiting for our next home close by. Then my Marriott points don’t carry over they said because I booked with your site?! I will never stay there. Prices are ridiculous and beyond overpriced!!

"My parents are staying their over 1 month extended stay so they should be better to them."

Nothing it was very crowded by the pool and grill area. We couldn’t use it at all that night.

Our first room had NO AC working at all! It was dirty too! So, it took them hours (over 5 hrs) to get us another room with working AC?!?!
