Proche du centre et tous commerces. Une des réceptionnistes parle français et c est un véritable point lorsque l on ne parle pas espagnol . Hôtel propre Serviette de plage à disposition.

Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais pourrais être amélioré car le choix reste limité. Proposer des viennoiseries mexicaines serait sympa ainsi qu un jus d orange et du pain ou brioche .

L'albergo gode di una posizione ottima, sia quanto alla spiaggia più vicina (5 minuti a piedi), sia alla Avenida 5, centro della movida serale e notturna, che tuttavia non ha creato fastidio al riposo. La colazione convenzionata è valida sebbene accentrata su uova (in varie proposte) e pane con burro e marmellata. E aggiungo che il vantaggio di una piscina inclusa è spesso apprezzabilissimo. Ma il VERO valore aggiunto di questo hotel è senza dubbio Giada! Ne leggerete in altre recensioni, non è un caso e ne testimonia la verità. Giada assiste già dai momenti successivi alla prenotazione e una volta lì è un faro sempre brillante per chi ha bisogno di qualsiasi informazione, aiuto, prenotazioni (navette o escursioni), oltre a garantire di cuore la massima disponibilità in hotel per ogni problema o dubbio con una efficienza e simpatia che ho sperimentato davvero pochissime volte! Ovviamente conseguenza è che sarà da me raccomandato ad ogni conoscente che intenda recarsi a Playa del Carmen, senza bisogno di dannarsi in ricerche comparative! ❤️

Poca disponibilità di prese di corrente prossime al letto o nella stanza in generale. Suggerirei magari la messa a disposizione di una piccola ciabatta da 2-3 prese.

ubicación cercana a supermercado, farmacia, cajero automático, taxis, a 4 cuadras de la playa y a 1 cuadra de la 5ta avenida donde están todos los locales de turismo. hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, buen ascensor, buen equipo de aire acondicionado en la habitación. personal muy amable. habitación con harto espacio y con terraza.

el agua de la piscina es helada donde no le llega sol durante el dia, fue lo unico.
