Simply the best place to stay in Palermo.

Spacious apartment, central location to the market, restaurants and local attractions.

It was well located a short walk from the main station. Space wise it was huge and perfect for the night we had in Palermo.

I didn’t realise we were on the second floor of the building so with a large case it was a little tricky on the steep stairs so a heads up if you’re not travelling light.

Ideally located just a block and a half away from main evening attractions in the marketplaces and restaurants. The building self was very unassuming. But what a surprise once we went into this very modern contemporary chic well furnished and comfortable apartment.

A beautiful apartment inside - apart from the below!

The advert is very misleading. It mentions access via steps - IT DOES NOT SAY there are 45 (yes forty five) VERY STEEP steps to the apartment. As I am disabled I would not have booked this if the host was honest!! There are NO INSTRUCTIONS in the apartment and nobody to meet you so I had to ask 3 questions via WhatsApp of the owner because the air con would not work, the internet did not work and I asked about help with the suitcases because of the steps - he was VERY RUDE because I asked these questions - he called me PRETENTIOUS and accused me of expecting a hotel when all I wanted what the basics of what every property should supply. The toiler cistern continually breaks so you have to fix this yourself and the shower and fridge were really dirty.

Location and facilities, self check-in

The apartment was very clean in an area very close to the old city where most of the places to visit are located.The entrance door was very interesting to understand that you had come to Palermo as well as the area where the apartment was located. We parked the car near the apartment, where the parking was free and everything is safe.
