Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We met so may new friends. We checked in with Jaun who was absolutely amazing and was happy to help with anything we needed. Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome!

Old rooms showers leaking they did offer to upgrade us with my VIP benefits but it was a couples room no privacy as it was open room concept and see through bathroom doors and we had our child with us..

Edwin made sure my stay at the Pallidium resort was excellent. He was very attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He’s a great value to the resort.

all staff members were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The resort felt safe, many options for fun activities and quiet. i would definitely recommend and will return!

Beutiful place

We liked our proximity to the beach and pool and food options. The property is showing its age and could do with a refit. The abundance of seaweed on the beach needs sorting.

The room had a lil wear and tear but overall great experience with mostly great staff.

We had the best time at grand palladium, the staff made the experience so smooth and enjoyable! Steven the bar tender was excellent Barack Obama the entertainer was so fun, Edwin was always ready to help with anything that we needed. Luis was always attentive ready to help and figure out anything we needed. The entire staff made this experience unforgettable we will be coming back!!
