Disappointing

Food is good The bed was comfort room service was very nice. I have no complain. Everything was so good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very family oriented.

Great resort we have a great time during our stay

Room was disgusting, even after being put in the highest level room it was still gross. There cleaning standards were absolutely below standards. Continued to make our bed with the same sheets we threw on the floor for cleaning, mildew on the sheets, small bugs everywhere. I can go on and on. The hotel needs a huge make over as it’s old and outdated. Staff were absolutely amazing though and tried their best to make us feel better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a higher end accommodation.

I really liked the check in. Juan was one the staff who took care of us very quickly and he was very helpful during our stay there.

Nice resort. Food ok

Absolutely incredible experience. We had a concierge service and Juan was amazing! Whenever we needed anything he helped us right away and made reservations for us at the restaurants that needed them. The resort doesn’t have a shuttle to or from the airport but Juan ordered us a taxi to take us when we left. Everything was very clean and the staff were polite, the beach was just outside our room and it was the softest white sand we’ve ever seen. There was seaweed that would get washed up but they did very good at clearing it out everyday. Lots of different activities to purchase at the check in building, I would recommend finding packages that offer multiple activities for the price. Only downside was some of the sales people on the beach with jewelry or parrot pictures priced things very expensive that you could easily find at the gift shop for a much more reasonable price. You could usually get a lower price with some things but it depends on how much you’re getting to even the cost out. They all tried to sell us weed once they heard we were from America, but it is very illegal in the Dominican Republic. Overall we enjoyed our time and experience there for our honeymoon and will probably go back in the future with a group of friends.
