Great property, perfect location!

Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown without being right in the middle of the traffic. Loved the breakfast options.

Very clean rooms pool was nice and refreshing. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The stay here was excellent! Our room was very clean, in fact the entire hotel/lodge was up to par in the cleanliness. The ambience outside in front was wonderful with the firepits and rocking chairs.

Great Stay! The only negative is the building has a single elevator that takes a while to get to you during busy times. But, it's not anything that would keep us from going back. Just beware if you're ridiculously impatient. lol

First time stay. The Hotel sits at the entrance of Gatlinburg and on the Trolley stop. Walking distance to Flap Jacks pancake house next door. Hotel was decorated very well, charming mountain lodge style. A little old, but still a nice stay. 2 nights with our 20 year old kids. We didn’t use the pool though it looked bigger online. Missed the hot tub because it was too late and closed when we got back from our day in Gatlinburg. Outdoor gas fire pits and rocking chairs were nice. River not really visible from back deck. Beds were small but mostly comfortable. Good size bathroom with some toiletries provided. No rollaway beds available. The continental Breakfast was just ok-the usual carb heavy choices and boiled eggs. Ok for the money but next time I’ll stay closer to main drag for less.
