This Resort saved my Vacation. It was such a pleasure to stay here. The details in the property and price was amazing. Themed to a log Cabin in the woods and many Historic information abou the Appalachian trail. I found myself just admiring all the artwork and theming througout the property. It was like staying in a museum of informatiom. Waterslides for the kids. Rooms amazing themed. I felt loke i was staying in a Log Cabin. Beds incredible comfortable. Highly recommend.

First time coming to Tennessee and find this place already booking my next vacation and staying at this hotel. Very nice clean and friendly staff. Great location

Very poor customer service. Advertised as daily housekeeping, yup, some days and the other days you will wonder what happened.

This is a great property for families, especially with young kids. The pool is great but very small and 3.5 is the deepest water level. There shampoos and body was are so poor i

The staff treats you like family. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are all updated. The pools are very nice and fun. The rooms are very affordable and in a great location.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. They are not located near all of the businesses in Gatlinburg, but do offer a free parking pass for a garage on the parkway. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area and this is one of our favorites!
