nice room for the weekend

I was charged $200 over Expedia price that I booked on site. They now won’t answer the phone for Expedia to resolve the issue.

We loved the place. I like the attention to details in the rooms and throughout the space. I liked that the resort was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. My kids loved playing in the pool outside and going down the slide.

Very nice play to stay for a quick weekend! Location was perfect driving distance to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Place was very clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Would stay here again!

We stayed for a week . Great front desk staff very helpful with questions . Breakfast could have had more more variety throughout the week it gets boring having the same options every day Housekeeping was great my first five days but my last two it was lacking the attention to detail from the previous days.

Very nice stay to be honest

The Appy was a nice place to stay. It was fully booked the week we were there. We ended up extending one day. The staff was helpful. The room was roomy, clean, and the bathroom was very nice, it had a large tiled shower. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, Jimmy Dean SEC Biscuits, yogurt, and the usual dry cereals. I wish the amenities would stay open later than they did. There were a couple of days we wanted to go to the hot tub after a long day of walking, and it was already closed. There were also a couple of nights we wanted to sit by the fire pits, and they were already turned off. I'm not normally a night owl, but we were getting back to the room at 10 every night. It was convenient to have a trolley stop at the hotel, and we used it several times
