Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Two young adults checked us in on Wednesday night and were so kind and informative about the area! Our kids loved the outside slide and the beds were so cozy. We didn’t need housekeeping for our two day stay but they made sure to still stop and make sure we didn’t need anything! Would def stay again!

It was an amazing trip to the smokies. The room was clean and except for the man who checked us in everyone else was truly wonderful!

Outstanding hotel! Enjoyed a 3 night stay this week and room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise when the Expedia listing doesn’t show that as being offered. Parking was always easy too even at 10-11p. Location can’t be beat and I appreciated being at the start of town making the trip to Pigeon Forge for dinner every night super easy (Local Goat is A++++). My only complaint is room 324 the air conditioner unit needs cleaning/maintenance, had a slight mildew smell and I had to run the unit at night since the windows wouldn’t open and the muggy factor was high - I came home with a sinus infection unfortunately. But otherwise lovely hotel, would absolutely stay again!
