"Beautiful location near to seals on the beach."

location. right on the beach it was amazing.

there were builders next door that woke us up but that’s no one’s fault, the property itself was great although the stairs are quite steep and could be a problem for those less agile than us.

"Special occasion spoilt"

Location

There is a £50 flat rate pet fee. I thought that was too much for 1 small dog for 3 nights, eventually paid £25. Host does not inform guests of building work currently being undertaken next door. This really spoilt a special occasion. 1 double bedroom - room not big enough for the bed so can only partly open door and no space for luggage or any other furniture. Mouldy and rotten bath mat. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries. Very small undercounter fridge/freezer (fridge 2/3 freezer 1/3 split) Obscure glass along the bottom on upstairs balcony spoils the sea view.

"Beautiful location, a step outside and you're on the seafront!"

The location of the property was perfect! we loved having the beach right on the doorstep, this is definately a strong selling point for anyone considering staying here!

The furniture downstairs could be updated as was looking very used and worn! (dinner table) however pets are accepted at this property so this can be understood

"Lovely & relaxing weekend away with the family"

It was easy to find the keys, however, its always nice to actually meet the owners, but the people living next door were very helpful and friendly. The cottage was just on the beach and perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

Could have done with a welcome book to give us more information about things but we soon sorted ourselves out. We did find a dirty towel and a necklace that had been left by previous guests and I'm not convinced the kitchen cupboards had all been checked and cleaned. The bottom oven didn't work and there were no oven gloves. plus the dishwasher needed salt & rinse aid in so didn't clean very well. Its didn't spoil our weekend but might have affected us had we been there longer

"Beach House hideaway"

Location was perfect for a beach loving family, to fall out of the front door to a sandy beach was great!

The second double room was small it was fine for my two children but if it was two adults it would have been a problem
