I'm having a bad rushes on my legs very itchy the linen and the comforter not washed and my skin is very sensitive im having trouble sleeping too im not making any booking into this place again

We stayed there for ten days with out of town guests and it was fabulous. The pool was amazing! It was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. We had so much fun.

"This is my second stay and will be my last."

No Breakfast was available

We had to change rooms due to no hot water. There were three of us and we all had to take cold showers. The room smelled like a meat smoker. There is a restaurant on the first floor that serves smoked meat. Also, I was change for a $60 purchase that I never made. I tried to reach the hotel, however I couldn't get a phone number from any of the reservation phone numbers. I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

"Very nice & welcoming stay."

It was close to food & coffee shops as well as close to where we needed to go. The hotel was clean, elevators & ac worked, & staff were friendly.

The swimming pool wasn’t in a shaded area or under shade & it was small. I would recommend just the canopy over the area for a cheap but nice looking fix.
