Requeríamos estacionamiento, pensando que el hotel lo tenia pues nos fue mas atractivo, pero no tiene acuerdo con otro hotel para estacionarse como a dos cuadras, solo es necesario hacer esa aclaración. Íbamos mi esposo y yo y solo dejaban una toalla, el control de la tv, hay que estar batallando pues es complicado utilizarlo. El agua caliente tarda bastante en salir

The front desk worker with glasses that was there July 8 - 10 in the mornings was AMAZING. I forgot his name but he was helpful with everything and was extremely nice! He also ordered us a taxi when we needed it last minute to the airport! Gracias por todo, eres muy amable; cuarto 113

The only thing that could have been better is the WIFI, was a bit slow but no complaints.

"A good downtown choice."

The hotel is centrally located yet quiet. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially David, the front desk manager. Our room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. Strong Wi-Fi.

There were some problems with the air conditioning, which persisted on and off during our 4-night stay.
