The hotel was centrally located without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Zocalo plaza. It's a clean and comfortable place with a friendly, helpful staff. Good in-room air conditioning. Staff communicates well, before, during and after stay.

Nothing I did not like.

Room was clean.

Room was very small, and the main bedroom window opened onto an interior atrium, not the outside. However, I think this is typical of hotels in this part of Mexico.

The location and value was fine. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. We'd consider staying here again.

The room was small and cramped for our family of 4.
