Fantastic property for adults to have fun. The tiki bar is very large and draws a big crowd from the hotel and walkins. Great property!

This hotel is very old and needs a lot of work. They have renovated one pool, which was very nice but needed more chairs and umbrellas. Doors to room and to the bathroom are rusted and really unsafe. No place to sit inside other than on the bed. Manager was not very kind.

Hotel is rundown. The garden and pool area are decent. After having permission to put up a tent in front of the beach chairs (we had 12 rooms in our party) we were told to move our tent, tables, and food by the very rude manager, Kyle. When explaining that we weren’t blocking any views, since we had the chairs behind our tent, we were told we still had to move it. I asked for The policy in writing since we are on a public beach and Kyle stated, and I quote, “ It’s not in writing and I don’t have to show you. I’m telling you to move it” At $300 a night for Labor Day weekend and occupying 12 rooms which included 24 beach chairs and umbrellas and loads of money spent at Jimmy B’s, I can honestly say after years of visiting, we will not be back. Our party was disgusted by the unprofessional general manager. Additionally, for the price, the rooms were in need of a deep clean. They were damp and had a mildew smell. Also had to wait for the second day to get enough towels for the four people in our room. Tried to call, but our phone didn’t work. Definitely dissatisfied, but we of course made the best of it. Lots of options on St Pete Beach. Will be moving on to other locations in the future. Happy Note- check in was pleasant and AC worked.

So close to the beach. Great bars and restaurants on the beach. Also a chair and umbrella included with your stay. Front desk people are really nice and helpful!

Construction on property when we stayed so upgrading a bit . 2pools, restaurant, live music and 2 minutes and on the beach. Chairs to use on beach.

The room had a bad smell and the maids never came to fix the room the shades didn’t keep out the sun because they were torn and worn out the property has construction going on and u can see they were going to fix the rooms but they should have tried to accommodate us . They said someone would come see us never did .we went to get towels they were out and they charged us for resort fee but charged us for beach chair . The pool was nice but I did cut my foot on a piece of glass that was near the pool stairs . The hotel does need attention

Affordable (included: parking, cabana, umbrella, beach towels), directly on the beach, great service (allowed me early checkin), clean, average beds, two nice pools, with a large beach bar and restaurant with live music. David manager was awesome!

Staff is amazing.. property is amazing. Jimmy B’ is my favorite
