Had a great time other than the weather which was no ones fault. Will like to visit again.

Need to get better in cleaning

I've stayed here a few times in the past, as a visitor from New York, and always recommended the resort to friends due to my wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, I won't be staying or recommending again, after the recent experience I had...which sucks, as I'm now a Florida resident, who lives just an hour away. I won't get into the details regarding my situation but the way it was handled by the 3 people I spoke to, including the manager on duty, was not just disappointing but left me wondering if customer service and problem-solving are even part of the training for the staff. Again, I hate even leaving this review because I loved this place so much, but I had to say something. Good luck to everyone planning a stay here in the future, I hope your vacation is incredible and without any hiccups, because if there are any issues, do not expect the staff to be empathetic, apologetic, helpful, courteous, or the least bit accommodating. 😔

The actual building/structure needs upgrading. The room was outdated and "kind of" dirty. No microwace in the room. The front dest staff needs to smile a little more and be more friendly. Some of them were like robots. The bar, beach/pool area compensated for evrything else.

Jimmy B's excellent as always. Poor quality refurbishments mean that the hotel rooms are showing their age already. Not value or money - or even close to it. Great staff though.

Love the location and direct access to the beach (10/10). Room cleaning was disappointing one day but when brought to the attention of the front desk, it was resolved quickly and efficiently....the housekeeping manager oversaw the re-cleaning and left her card....very pleased about that.

Did not like people smoking by pool and at before rooms. Otherwise nice place
