"We had a 1-night stay. Comfortable room, with excellent staff."

It was very convenient for our needs. It was quiet and clean. The staff was exceptional. We were welcomed and helped promptly, and we had a couple extra requests which were addressed by smiling staff who seemed to enjoy being able to help.

The only issue we came across was the ice machine on our floor wasn’t functioning. However, there were machines on other floors, so not really a problem.

"Excellent Stay for Two"

Check-in was easy. Able to change payment method. Nice breakfast with a good selection of food. Beds were warm, sizeable and comfortable. There is an airport shuttle that is available all day. Useable gym with weights and decent-size pool.

There is a huge gap between the bottom of the room doors and the threshold. The upholstery on the couch needed to be cleaned. The stains were very obvious. No towels in the pool area.

Airport shuttle is really convenient to the guests and the drivers are super kind and helpful. The room is big and clean. Great breakfast with plenty of selection.

Location is great for PDX. Easy to find and near to Cascades Station for food

Our room was right next to the elevator and there was lots of noise every time someone came up. I'll ask for a room away from the elevator next time.

The best breakfast and service, as friendly staff cleared dishes and kept the breakfast room so clean and happy. Spacious breakfast room with outdoor seating. Convenience: 5 minutes from airport but super quiet. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of nooks with comfortable seating throughout the lobby and some hallways (I read a book in the morning while my family slept). I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back if we ever travel through PDX.
