Air conditioner was set way too cold. Actually had to turn it off and try to get warm

The breakfast was excellent. It was convenient for the airport.

I was disappointed there were no places to get dinner at or around the hotel. We arrived and left by shuttle bus so were unable to have dinner. Their webpage indicated there was a restaurant but it was being refurbished! Also disappointing to travel in a shuttle with broken seatbelts!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds on Booking. The room given to me was a King bed with a sleeper sofa. When questioned the front desk respectfully said that I had booked the King bed option. I assumed that I made a mistake and accepted it. When reviewing my Booking file later, I verified that I had booked 2 queen beds. I believe that the front desk may have pulled up my February 2026 booking by mistake. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. They just made a mistake. Thank you.

The hotel is right around the corner from the airport. The parking is plentiful. Why charge for parking? Same BS as charging for dogs, when the staff doesn't clean but every 3 days. It

Access to the airport & return of our rental vehicle was excellent. The property was clean, staff friendly & helpful.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like except the following: Charged $10 for a days car park when all we did was unload our suitcases before returning rental vehicle to the airport - approx 1-2 hrs. The “breakfast included” stated that if we had to leave before 6am, we would be provided with a “takeaway package” - when I requested this, I was told it had stopped 2 weeks previously & no refund/compensation was offered. The property does not respond to messages except for AI generated ones. Property did not respond to booking.com when I requested they query the above re not providing what was promised when payments was made.

The room was a furnace! It was so hot I felt ill. My kids would have rather slept on the floor than the pull out. Would have been more comfortable.

Good breakfast

The worst was the parking charge and requiring to return to the car to place a piece of paper on the dash to show you paid. Stupid.
