"Worst hotel ever !!!!!!"

Well i thought i was getting a room that had a pull out couch because in the picture on booking.com ot shows a couch and we are traveling with our son so he needed a place to sleep we we got to the property they gave us a room with one bed no couch oh and the picture of the pullout couch is also on there wedsite . Went to the front dest and they told is nothing can be done . Then they kicked us out and canceled my booking.com reservation . Called booking.com to get refund abd the are not doing anything im so disappointed .

The staff is horrible. The pictures on web site lie !!!
