The best value. Comfortable, clean with lovely location. A little dated more on the exterior however the value for what you get is fantastic.

Good view, good breakfast.

There is no kitchen area, nor are there any plates, knives, or forks, and no water tap available. The location is approximately 15 km from Rotorua, which limits access to food options. It is also too far for Uber, and hotel restaurant close by 9:30 PM. Therefore, one might find themselves in a situation where ordering food from outside is not feasible, and internal ordering is also unavailable. Should you manage to acquire food yourself, there is no microwave to warm it. If you choose to consume it cold, please note the absence of plates, knives, and forks, as well as no water or a tap. Consequently, the value for money may be questionable.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The dinner in the resturant was really nice. The room was nice and spacious and the view from the room of the lake was lovely too.

I did not like bed as we were and it is two single beds were joint together which made very uncomfortable sleeping we manage to sleep one side of bed so one of us is not feeling the partition.

Pool and lake view although because it was raining, we didn’t really get to enjoy it.

Broken trash can and breakfast issues. When we went for breakfast, it seemed like it was a one man band kitchen. He logged us in, and then went back to the kitchen. Almost no food on the trays, waited a bit, seemed no refill coming our way so we just got what was there. I heard people who followed us complaining no more plates for them, there were also no glasses for juice and no water. Tables left with dishes, no one cleaning after them.
