Great hotel I stay in often and love it

Suite i got was not in a good condition. Curtain was ripped and air vent was not clean has dust all over. Room has weird smell and for these reason i left he hotel in couple of hours. I went to front desk and told them that my wife didn’t like the room condition so we are going to leave, instead she asked why, she told me i will be charged early checkout fee, i was like sure go ahead and check us out.

Staff was kind and friendly very professional and caring. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great but i didn't care for the $10 dollar a day parking charge, no need for it. I feel you already pay for it in the rates you pay.

Amazing staff

NEGATIVES . Staircases and hallways (I was on two different floors during my stay) have strong offensive odor (imagine a mixture of nicotine, marijuana and dirty sweaty clothes) . Hallway and room vents covered in black dust .My first room had black mold on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling .killed 2 large spiders in my second room (one was found on the bed) . AC in both rooms I was in were extremely loud . Bathroom tiles in both rooms were cracked and tubs have engraved old stains (in both rooms I had) .Stains/ ripped materials on fabric couches in both room .Faucets/ fixtures in bathrooms had lime deposits and are cracking at the base *Overall the rooms looked and felt like a motel not a hotel. If you suffer from allergies, traveling with a family with a respiratory condition or have a young child, DO NOT book a room at this hotel unless you have medications to use during your stay. As a Marriott member for over a decade, I am extremely disappointed at the room conditions of this property; a COMPLETE RENOVATION of the rooms and hallways is NEEDED. Positives • Courteous and respectful staff (the only reason I did not move to a different hotel) • Landscaping, pool and sports court properly maintained

all the staff was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. I loved that breakfast was something different each day.

People in the pool had their music extremely loud and someone near our room was smoking mariguana. The smell was horrible.
