Residence Inn by Marriott Cypress Los Alamitos

The staff was very nice

People working at the front desk doesn't seem to wanna be there. We asked for a late check out and the person that denied us acted in a manner like that we we're so unwanted there. Maybe because we used our bonvoy points to pay for the room. But all housekeepers are nice and say good morning.

Well run hotel! All staff were very gracious. Facility is showing some wear but very clean

My room was 80 degrees, the thermostat did not work, I asked the desk to please have it repaired, workers came into the room and SET the thermostat for 80 degrees and on heat. They did not understand the problem. I spent three nights there, my room was never changed, the temp never changed. It was horrible. Room 114.

We always love coming to this hotel, beautiful grounds and very nice comfortable room. Sad we have to sign that we accept a $500 service charge and $10 per day parking fee. Still 3 days later i still haven't received my $500 deposit returned.

A great place very comfortable beds amazing stuff. The breakfast was very tasty. A little bit dated but not bad.

Quiet and comfortable….enjoyed the breakfast.
