I like the location. Small boutique hotel with a Mexican flare. Wonderful staff.

I like the building. Location was great the flower set up? The fridge Door wasn’t closing properly, so it was hard to keep anything cold Coffee maker was there but no coffee no sugar. I broke the glass and I had to pay 200 pesos

We booked for 7 days and left after one night and swallowed the cost. The hotel was quaint in its day, but is tired and with little more than closet doors with passage locks only. It needs some love, remodeling and could be cleaner. The bathroom fixtures were suspect and the driniking glass broken. (See Pics). But what drove us out is the huge bar next door with music and a DJ so loud it's impossible to sleep -- AND IT GOES ON EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK UNTIL 3:00 AM! The only thing the front desk offered was free ear plugs, which did nada. The hotel rooms face an open courtyard that is an echo chamber for the noise. Now, if you're a Spring breaker or going to Playa to party, than this is your place. If you actually want to rest at night, it's impossible. We left dragging our suitcases and looking for alternate lodging. Found an all-inclusive with an available room and had a great time.

We loved the reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower are awesome. Good water pressure hot water, don't have to wait for warm up etc...... very happy and satisfied with our stay.

We stayed there one night and I forgot my leather jacket called as soon as we got to our resort in Cozumel and they kept it for me till we got back at the end of our trip was so grateful recommend this property highly. Very friendly staff

Best of all the price and the wonderful and friendly staff in particular the front desk, "Esequiel" solved a TV problem in two seconds. The location is amazing, a small block to 5th Ave. and the beach only two blocks away, tons of bars and restaurants of all kinds and budgets only a few steps away... Will stay there again with no doubt !!!

Conveniently located close to popular 5th Ave. The room was decent and provided us everything we needed for a few hours stay in Playa del Carmen. Would definitely stay there again. A nightclub is across the street so keep in mind the noise level at night if that bothers you.
