I didn’t stay here I should be receiving my refund back soon since the property approved my refund. They advertised as handicap accessible and absolutely was not accessible. Also when we walked into our room there were all kinds of stains on the sheets of questionable nature

breakfast was good. the price was ok for 2 nights.

the tv didn't work and staff knew that but didn't inform me of that. no all the lights worked in the room. linens were stained. the floor need sweeped. the ice machine was dixconnected from the water line. Key cards quit working and had to go to the office get reprogramed. Staff needs to speak better english

Really nothing and I'll never stay there anymore I'll take my business elsewhere

My bed was comfortable, the room itself was okay, and I did not see any live bugs. The food that was provided for breakfast tasted pretty good. There were a lot of places nearby to get stuff to eat and it was easy access from and to the highway.

Staff - Front desk guy that checked me in could use a customer service class. Supplies - We asked for towels the next morning at breakfast, was told someone would bring them by in 20 minutes, and they never came. Asked 2 other times and no one ever came. A staff member finally came to our door when it was time to check out. Condition of the room - For starters, when taking a shower, pieces of the ceiling stucko came down, and later 2 bigger pieces were coming down. I called the front desk and nothing was done. The place where the microwave was located could not be used because there was no available outlet, we had to move the microwave across the room and put in on the table in order to use it. The room we were in #153 could use a serious cote of paint and lots of calking. Bathroom - The toilet was like using a toilet in a kindergarten class, way close to the floor. I asked for a handicap accessible room, it was no better than the double room we were in, at least the room we were in had a step in shower. It was extremely cramped but we made it work.
