Quality Inn & Suites North Charleston - Ashley Phosphate

Very poor condition. Dirty overall. The bathtub was extremely dirty. I would not stay here again. The price does not justify what is offered.

Booking was painless. Sleeping was good. Comfortability was good.

There was no hot water. The shower was dripping.

The pictures I saw on the web did not match were I stayed the fridge and the a/c in our room didn't work they didn't decide to do anything about it until 1:30 in the morning then the room we were put had water all over the floor from a/c dripping also bathroom was soaked in water as well both rooms were sub par clean and the first one had pee on the seat when we got there

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. There was damage to the floor of the bathtub, part of the ceiling was ripping off near the shower head, and the shower drain was black and gross looking. There sink backed up completely and wouldn’t drain, there was a hole in the desk, and the toilet continually flushed itself all night long. After no one answered the phone at the front desk, I took the back off the toilet to see if I could fix it and it was covered with black mold. There were crackers on the floor—some of them half eaten. I wrote the general manager and asked to have my money refunded. I’m sure the health department would find this place as disgusting as I did. We originally planned to stay 2 nights, but left early morning after the 1st night. Couldn’t leave there fast enough. I told my friends I was visiting locally to advise everyone to avoid this hotel like the plague!!!
