staff was wiling to help and accommodate best they could

- dirty - loud - other guest were smoking - dark and not enough lights at entrance or parking - charge for pet (dog) but no pet area or any services to welcome pets

"Bugs in the room. Will not be back."

Breakfast was the best part of my stay, but I waited a long while (5-10 min) for eggs and sausage to be served. Otherwise, they had make your own waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, and yogurt.

Bugs in the room; found a cockroach crawling around on the floor. Door not sealed very well, so let air and noise in the room. TV didn't work. Some outlets didn't work. Tub was very dirty. Bed Frame was made of thin sheet metal that would deform and sound like a drum anytime you shifted weight on the bed. Seemed like a bad part of town as well. First night should've been a red flag since I couldn't turn in the entrance because 3 cop cars were blocking the way. Had to go to the next turn and turn into the industrial building parking lot to navigate to the shared side street to get to the main entrance.
