"Ruime kamer met goede faciliteiten, maar rare ervaring bij inchecken"

De ontvangst was erg prettig. We waren te vroeg, dus konden nog niet inchecken. De dame aan de balie gaf ons een kaartje, zodat we alvast van het zwembad gebruik konden maken. De kamer was erg ruim, maar wel erg verouderd. De faciliteiten waren verder erg goed. Het was mogelijk om koffie te pakken. Ruime en gratis parkeerplaats.

Bij het inchecken hadden we een andere dame. Zij wist niet hoe ze een paspoort moest lezen, terwijl hier gewoon in het Engels opstaat waar de achternaam staat. Ze zei dat we geen boeking hadden. Na meerdere keren aandringen begreep ze pas hoe ze het paspoort moest lezen en checkte ze ons in. Hoewel het haar eigen onoplettendheid was werd ze erg onvriendelijk. Vervolgens werden we in een kamer gezet die voor mensen met een beperking was bedoeld. De douche was voor mij als lang persoon moeilijk te gebruiken hierdoor. Ook was de douche zeer verouderd.
