"Disappointed"

The location

So disappointed with the hotel, our expectations were pretty high because of the excellent location but it was so bad. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mould and the toilet was super dirty, dry poop stuck around, the kitchen didn’t have any tools, there are stains everywhere. We had to ask for a blanket because the bed wasn’t equipped for the weather (it had just normal sheets) and it didn’t look cleaned either. The lights didn’t work properly, the ones in the bedroom directly don’t work, and in the living room one of the lights was intermittent. There were also problems with the sink pipe and that couldn’t be fixed.The staff was nice, they heard our claims and someone cleaned the next morning but the experience was still uncomfortable. The location is the plus point but honestly it doesn’t worth it. Sorry

"Nice place"

Location, close to everything and good neighborhood. Nice play

Reserved a hottub and when we arrive we couldn't use it due to water shortage that happens since last year, it should said it before the reservation
