We got a free upgrade to a nice spacious room, the bed was comfy, big bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and we could leave our bags before/after check out. The location is really good, close to restaurants/stores and parks but in a calm street.

The water in the shower didn't really heat up but also wasn't too cold, so quite bearable. The room was a little noisy from time to time, some old building noises and also noises from the entrance.

Casa Real 93 is near by a lot of places I wanted to go to. Friendly staff, good breakfast and hot water exist here.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We expected the hot tub to work but it’s unfortunate that it “didn’t work”. We had a long flight and we were looking forward to relax a bit on a comfy bed and hot tub. Now that I mentioned the bed, the sofa bed was not working with us, it kept unfolding. Not sure if we didn’t know how to do it or it just didn’t work. My child had to sleep with us. I could have asked for help but we were just too tired to socialize.
