El aire acondicionado no estaba operando cuando llegué y cuando lo repararon no enfriaba bien. No me informaron que tenía que entregar las tarjetas de toallas en recepción y tuve que regresar por ellas. No cuenta con teléfono en habitación.

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. It makes it look like a resort but it is small and feels tight. I will never stay here again. Too Many children, ugh!
