The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge

Loved our view from our room. We found the restaurant choices to be good around town and in nearby Clayton. Bed very comfortable.

The restaurant on the grounds is excellent. There are also other options within walking distance that are all great. We love the bed, no complaints at all.

Me and my husband stayed at The Ridges it was lovely it was everything i expected. I enjoyed the views and love the marina Restaurant it was Delicious 😋. I would recommend to anyone wanting to have some peace .

We did enjoy our time at this property. The floor above us is paper thin, so we woke up with the family above us much earlier than we hoped. The lobby area was beautiful. The rooms are nice. The bathroom had some mold around the tub, but overall clean. Our patio off of our room could have been brushed off. A good bit of spider webs. The Oak restaurant on property was phenomenal. It was easy to rent a jet ski and get on the water. Great staff all around. Would come back!

Little dated, but classic and on the water. Smores a nice touch.

The resort is in a great location, our room had been updated. The hallways looked well used. Most wood on balconies needed to be replaced.

My favorite place to stay

Everything was great until we got ants in our room. It wasnt the ants that disappointed me but the lack of caring from the woman who was working. I explained the situation and told her i couldn't change rooms at the time due to a excursion planned and payed for. I asked if the room could be sprayed while we were gone for the entire day. When we arrived back nothing had been done and we had ants EVERYWHERE. When i switched rooms no one helped me and it took me almoat 2 hours to pack and then unpack again. I was only upset by the lack of caring. Ants cant be helped but i would have appreciated just a little consideration or an offer of a hand. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and everyone else that worked there was great. I would stay there again even after this.

Beautiful resort on an amazing lakefront property

Too expensive for what it offers. Upon check out, they charged $25 dollars a day for using the amenities,such as the pool which was not open until 10 am ,the check out time. The bed and the pillows were of bad quality and very uncomfortable. I upgraded to a room with aview,which was a partial view of the tree covwred up lake abd a view of the stored boats. The coffee machine did not work. Everytime I passed by the reception,there was a guest complaining about something. The only thing i liked was the pool. This property overcharges for what they offer.
