The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge

We live everything about the property. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds always look so nice.

This was a wonderful resort. The room was clean and comfortable with nice linens. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and the dock was well maintained. Sets of Adirondack chairs were placed around for watching the events on the lake or just relaxing. Highly recommend.

If you want visit Helen you might not want to stay here. Also, staff isn’t always available if you need them. If you eat there it can get expensive. Food was great though! We loved Luca!!!

Beautiful place. No in room microwaves. Pet litter trash cans were overflowing on walkway and were not emptied entire time I was there.

The property grounds were absolutely breathtaking. One of our new favorite spots! Everything you need in one location! Only thing is, I will definitely book a bigger room next time with more in room amenities. It was tight with a family of 4 in a standard 2 queen room.

What a relaxing environment. The decked walk around to the water park/beach AND the Marina restaurant is clutch! Lobby and hardscape is perfect. Highly recommended

The tv wouldn’t work. They came to fix it. A couple of hours later. It wasn’t working again! Doors and other areas were dusty

Celebrated our 44 th wedding anniversary and absolutely would come here again! Loved the views , the amenities, front desk and housekeeping were very kind and accommodating of our requests. Loved the Marina Station restaurant. Loved the grouper meal and view from our table so nice! Great memories!

The property has a gorgeous view of the lake. Property was clean. The pool is cleaned daily - but doesn't open until 10AM. We would definitely stay here again.
