Jasper Inn & Suites by INNhotels

Just spent one night at Jasper Inn and Suites, thankfully. Nothing particularly wrong with the room, just dark and dingy, although cleaner than my last stay. Unfortunately, I had the first room on our floor right next to the elevators, which emitted a considerable thud each time they landed on our floor. After a long day of driving, I needed some water, and Jasper Inn offers no water or coffee or any other amenities. The front desk clerk looked at me like I was insane when I asked if they had any bottled water. They were not welcoming upon checkin, nor now. He pointed me to the vending machine just outside the lobby, which after a brutal winter, wasn't working correctly and wouldn't accept my credit card. I got some bills, and returned back a bit later, and got a bottle of water for $4.75. Really not impressed, and will likely stay elsewhere in Jasper in future.

Jasper Inn and Suites has over 100 units 2 storey blocks. We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was fast, and the counter staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to explore and eat. They provided free cookies and even gave out free handmade soap for Mother’s Day. Our room with 2 Queen beds room came with an iron, fan, fridge and coffeemaker. There’s heating (piped in hot water) but no air-conditioning. I slept comfortably and soundly. Unfortunately there's no complementary breakfast. On site is a diner which serves breakfast buffet (for $22) and dinner only from Tuesdays-Saturdays. You don’t have to get breakfast or dinner there - there are many restaurants, at least a bakery, and Nestor’s, a grocery store only 10 mins walk away if you want to get a meal. Laundry (3 washers and 3 dryers) is available in the laundry room on the lower level. It’s $2 for wash and $2 for drying. The maid service was efficient, it is crewed by 3 young staff who were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work very much.

Rooms are clean but dated, quiet, no AC so they can be warm in spring/summer, pool is nicer than most in Jasper. Restaurant was disappointing, many other good options exist!

We stayed here twp nights. The room was clean ,functional and well appointed. Its located within a close walking distance to the main street where all the restaurants and shops can be found . The inn itself is quiet with no major noise. Check in was easy but the staff member behind the desk was not forthcoming with general information about the inn or the area. Free parking for residents.

Staff not giving any explanation about the breakfast or so. Not friendly. Room not really clean. No elevators. The worst part was to be in room 237. Impossible to sleep due to the noise of the electrical room and vending machines.
