The Ibis is in a good position and reasonably priced. A short walk to the light rail , which is handy to the Harbourside entertainment and restaurants etc. The bed and pillows were nice and soft. Room was an adequate size for a night or two. Check in and out was easy. Parking was available for an extra fee. Rooms were clean and the fridge only cut in for a little while at a time and then was quiet. Towels were nice quality and clean. Staff were good.

Someone has made an attempt to make the public areas nice but it falls short. I feel like parking should be included in the price for guests. Just be aware that it says toiletries included but it’s only body wash, so bring your own of everything else.

They at least upgraded me to a better room.

I got a messy room and had to change rooms

I paid extra money for an upgrade I have no idea if that happened. There was no information provided to confirm. When I went to get the key there were no staff at the service desk. People had to wait approx 10 to 15 minutes to get attended. The room they gave me was totally different to the picture they provided on line

The room was filfithy there were another persons body hair on the bathroom skirting boards and the floor. I have pictures to confirm. This is a reportable offence . I will never use ibis again. Disgusting You should really refund the cost in full
