Foyer looked high class, staff friendly., bed clean and comfortable.

Alot of water damage in hallway, stains, swollen timber finishes , bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower cap over smoke detector (very illegal) swollen cabinetry, had window ajar for fresh air, very noisy. For a king room it was tiny. No space to unload case other than on bed. Toilet bathroom were in a plastic capsule,tiny felt like a portaloo installation. Felt very seedy. We stayed in Newcastle to attend Civic Theatre, a special night out, away for children, terrific show, amazing food at Dockside but a big spoiler was the accommodation. $236 for rubbish, I organised this for my wife and I, I was extremely embarrassed.

my window latch didn't close the window completely and the little bar fridge needs replacing it makes a loud noise through the night

The staff were trying to do the best they could.

The condition of the hotel overall was run down and the room itself was really poor, the window shelf was rotten, the plaster was cracked in several places, generally the carpets, lift and walls were dirty.

Location excellent for our needs. Value for money so room and bed comfortable

Inconsiderate guest who park in limited disabled parking.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many dishes and choices.

No fan in bathroom. Water from shower spread over large area of floor.
