"Was great until we were moved"

The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Only issue i had was we were moved from our room as we were told there was an issue with the toilet but we hadnt experienced any issues. The rooms we were moved to had terrible issues with the toilets the 1 rooms toilet was leaking during the night and the other rooms toilet was blocked. We checked out early.

"Not going back ever."

They allowed other guests to party until late at night, we could not sleep. The breakfast team also cooked breakfast without having functioning extractor fans, we could hardly breathe and smelled like bacon for the rest of the day. The price also doubled when I arrived from when I booked and was told I needed to pay the higher amount.

They run out of water and said if we want to bath they can arrange for us to go to the sister hotel. Surely they could do better
