"Disappointing as sunny the morning I left but could not delay departure"

Weather was heavy rain & storms so confined to hotel, which was not the intention for being there. I did not bother with dinner.

"Amazing service from amazing personnel"

The staff were friendly and helpful. Full of smiles and courteous. Felt like a home away from home. From the front desk to the breakfast and dinner staff, everyone was simply amazing human beings. Thank you so much.

The staff at the restaurant.. the waiters at the restaurant need to get more training, they don't know what customer service is...really bad..food was great but after a huge complaint as they were not competent.
