White Sands Hotel

This is our second time staying at The White Sands and this visit tops the last one without a doubt. SEAN PAUL gave me the confidence to propose to my girlfriend. What an asset to have behind the desk, great attitude and super helpful to everyone he interacts with. I hope to one day be like Sean Paul. Next time you’re here ask for him, he won’t steer you wrong. Cheers SP.

We always have a great experience at White Sands Hotel, but this time we had an exceptional experience. We traveled from Guam, and I forgot to consider the time change, so we did not have a room booked until the night AFTER we arrived. Luckily, Sean Paul at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind! He turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy one. Thank you Sean Paul, would recommend this cute boutique hotel to anyone staying in Waikīkī!

We loved absolutely everything about the White Sands! It’s truly a hidden gem in a perfect location.

Sean Paul put the cherry on top for this entire stay and experience. Because of him we were able to get the things we needed to make our project come to life. His energy was great even until the last hour of his shift. Overall the stay was charming and unique with lots of hidden gems within the hidden gem of a hotel itself. Location was great!

I would give it a 5 stars if only the internet would work efficiently, also had to ask several times to finally get the scheduled housekeeping service that they told me it would be provided

Good location.

Our check-in was delayed by 2 hours. We were given a $50 credit, but everything was so expensive, it didn’t take long to use that up. Taking advantage of amenities was very complicated.

Mason and Toby were the best tonight! We were celebrating a graduation with family and they made it all more special!! A+++

Location was central but the street was awful. Pool/bar staff very friendly and helpful

Where do I start! The room was dirty, noisy and there were no facilities to make drinks or eat so why have a microwave? There were only outside steps up to the 3rd floor - this was unexpected and dangerous as it rained a little most days. The signs don’t make it less dangerous!The road the hotel was on had homeless people in doorways which made it scary at night to walk down. It was dark outside and badly lit. The sliding door onto the filthy balcony was hard to open as it was old and misshapen. We paid an amenities fee but most of the things mentioned weren’t available. It was utterly disappointing and falsely represented in the website photos.

This is my favorite spot to stay in Waikīkī. The atmosphere is so fun. The front desk RJ was so helpful and personable all weekend. The bar is such a great vibe. Jessica was so kind at check out. The staff here is amazing!
