Main Street Station

Extremely noisy. Hallways were creepy. Doorways from the outside were not marked.

Good stay no AC so we slept with windows open. Traffic noise and late night party goers were annoying

The location is great, but the property is old and needs lots of updating. We only found out that washer/dryer was not in the unit days before we traveled. Lots of outside noise in the evening and at night. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Difficult to find way around property and desk clerk not that helpful. Could use some updating, rugs looked fairly old, large hole in comforter. Luckily weather was fairly cool or could have been miserable without air-conditioning. All in all a pleasant stay, would stay there again.

I am glad that we stay at this property to know what it was like. We probably won’t stay again as it is a little dated, elevator doesn’t run well and if you stay on a high floor, taking the stairs isn’t great.

I consider myself a well rounded traveler but upon arrival at this property it was confusing. It might have been because I was tired. When I was finally checked in, I was given rushed instructions on parking and then the fun began. Parking was confusing and it wasn’t just me there were others that I met that said they had been driving around for almost an hour trying to find the correct place to park so they could get to their room. First impressions are so IMPORTANT and although this might be a beautiful property if you aren’t greeted professionally, given clear instructions etc etc etc you are greatly disappointed.

Positives: Location. That's it. Negatives: Where do I begin?? There's no A/C, and in July, the room temp can get rather uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. The solution? Open the windows. Sure, except for the constant noise of drinking patrons on the street below until well past 1am. We slept uncomfortably until we couldn't stand it any longer, at which point, we had to open the windows and just wait for the noise to subside before getting any sleep. The a/c is non-existant. So, be prepared to either sleep in a warm stuffy room, or open the windows and lie awake until 1:30-2:00am when the noisy bar hoppers and drinkers finally decide to call it a night. What a terrible way to sleep!! The parking... good heavens what a nightmare!! It's incredibly confusing, and the "map" they hand out looks like a copy of a copy of a copy of a map thst was colored in by a child in kindergarten. We were instructed to park in the green section... but there were no spots in the green section, so I found a spot just on the opposite side of the green section's rope. Despite having a properly displayed parking hangtag showing we were current Main Street Station patrons, we still woke up to a $127 parking ticket!! There is a sign on the wall of the entrance to parking garage that says "Overnight parking for Main Street Station patrons only". OK... So, why post that if you're going to ticket the Main Street Station patrons who paid $300/night to stay here?? And then, offer absolutely ZERO remorse or sympathy to the situation. When I talked to the man at the front desk that morning, he got snippy with me and asked "Well, did you bother to come up and talk to us when you saw there were no green parking spots? If you had, we would have directed you to a different parking spot. You parked in a paid parking area. I can't help you." Seriously?? Overnight is supposed to be for MSS patrons only, yet when we park there overnight, albeit in a spot other than the unavailable color coded section, we get slapped with a $127 parking ticket. Such a joke!! We will NEVER stay here ever again, and will be sure to let all of our friends know what terrible customer service is given here.

The property is nice, however the location is super loud. We could hear bar noise and bar patrons until they shut down at 2am. The traffic noise is also terrible. We had to sleep in ear plugs and could still hear the noise. Unit didn't have A/C, and even through the windows opened there was very little breeze. It was uncomfortably warm during the summer.

Great Location, right on the end of Main Street. This unit was beautiful, nice beds, balconies, nice bathroom, comfy couch and gas fireplace. Pool is a little walk but not too far and had multiple hot tubs with beautiful views. Would recommend!!

One of the least enjoyable vacations in a long while. The property was under construction on both the elevator and the pool area and neither were communicated to us in advance. It feels like we were tricked into booking a room so they could make some money while they did work on the property. Having to walk up five flights of stairs at 10000 ft elevation every time you want to go to your room is unacceptable. The pool and hot tubs were completely closed our first day, partially open and a construction site with power tools, garbage, chaotic caution tape strung about the next day, and then open but with cones and various amenities closed off on the third day. The room is decent and good size, but it is a little outdated. Overall the property is not super well maintained with little to no service. The great location down town is the redeeming quality of this property.
