1. Room 430 aircond not enough cold even already set min 18’ and full fan 2. Check in counter and room very far. Buggy not enough. Not suitable for parents.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La. The location is excellent, with a beautiful private beach and stunning sunsets every evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. A special mention to the manager at the breakfast area, who warmly welcomed us each morning and kindly asked if there was anything we would like to eat. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated the extra care and attention. The chef happily prepared delicious vegetarian dishes especially for us, which made our stay even more memorable

One area for improvement would be the check-in process. During our arrival, there were long queues for check-in and key collection, which resulted in a significant wait. A more streamlined system would enhance the guest experience, especially during busy periods.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru and absolutely loved every moment of it. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are fantastic, especially for families with children. There were so many activities and amenities to keep the kids entertained, and they had a tremendous time throughout our stay. In fact, we enjoyed the resort so much that we hardly felt the need to go out for food or activities. Everything was well-maintained, family-friendly, and designed to create a relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Shangri-La Tanjung Aru to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway.

Staff were kind. Supported my elderly parents well. Complimentary passes to lounge were a welcome. Top class treatment as always. Good coffee and breakfast.

Half the resort was under renovation. They should have told us that before we booked.

아침식사는 신선한 과일과 현지식, 테타릭 등이 나와서 좋았어요. 나시르막 같은 현지식을 좀 더 다양하게 해주셔도 좋을 거 같아요.

나시르막 같은 현지식을 좀 더 다양하게 해주셔도 좋을 거 같아요. 오히려 초밥 같은 한국음식은 퀄리티도 별로고 손이 안 갔어요. KK에서 맥주 값이 전반적으로 비싸지만, 선셋바에서도 너무 비싸서 조금 저렴했으면 하는 바램입니다.
