Property Notes

Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Please know there will be renovations taking place to the exterior of our property all of April. This work will take place Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and some noise may be made during the process. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note: This year, the Tioga Pass will be closed until late June.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

June Lake is a hidden gem of the Eastern Sierra, and there's no better hotel in town than the Heidelberg. If you're looking to get away from the crowds at Mammoth and enjoy a mountain town where almost everything is within walking distance, this is the place. They offer discounts in partnership with most of the small businesses in town plus the staff are very knowledgeable if you have any questions. My stay here was so nice that I just got home from it and I'm already planning another trip up to June Lake.
