"No employees. Unable to check in. "

We waited for over 45 minutes. No employee ever came to the desk. We couldn’t check in. There was construction and ALL doors were unlocked. But no hotel staff. We called Wyndham, they were no help. We were moving across the country and had our pets. In July. Waiting in the car for 45 minutes. We ended up going across the street to another (wonderful) hotel. We will be filling a formal complaint and ensuring Hotels.com refunds our money.

There is terrible smell on the rooms, I understand it's pet friendly hotel but the pet smell is very strong and unbearable. Carpets were also heavily stained.
