1. There were blood stains on the carpet. 2. There were construction materials everywhere along with dust and paint. 3. Although there were very few cars on the parking lot, the front desk said that the hotel was booked out... weird!

Construction/remodeling going on; rooms and overall motel not in any condition to be in business right now. No refrigerator in room. Advertised 24 hour camera surveillance--no evidence of that. Pet friendly rooms advertised but not provided.

Overall it was a nice stay for the price. The only issue we really had was the bathroom door didn't open all the way because it dragged on the floor. It only opened just over half way but we were able to get in and out.

There were a lot of services promised, but not available. It was being re-modeled while we stayed there. Front desk was empty a lot.

Although the staff was nice, the floor was so dirty, we had to try cleaning it with a wet white towel and it turned black. Walls were dirty as well. No microwave.

It was under some kind of construction. The room smelled funny. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and the breakfast was very limited.

We arrived right behind a group of about 15 - with only 2 who spoke English. Victor was working as fast as he could getting them set with multiple rooms. He did great.

The AC did not work. Also, the TV wasn’t even working either. Every three seconds. They would freeze. Just a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I understand that we got a pet friendly room. But it doesn't mean that it should smell like a dog house. The whole room smells like dog pee. My pet is a cat, clean and tidy. We were given a dog infested room. Too tired to have our room replaced. Staff is ok.
