The staff was nice friendly and went above and beyond to help the guest, very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility

I wasn't to pleased with the breakfast feel like they can do better I have never seen a hotel serve those tiny muffins and the very small yogurt cups I feel they need to do better they want customers to pay an unexpected 50 dollar deposit upon arrival that was not told

Nothing, it’s wonderful

Problems with this hotel came about when we informed the staff of issues while staying on the hotel property. The staff was very uncourteous and unprofessional. They did not provide resolution for the iissues we had. Staff memebers openly discrimnate. Beware of your stay and check room thoroughly.

My day was OK. The bed was comfortable, but the furniture in my room was old and spotted up the carpet smelled.

Recently taken over from Holiday Inn Express & in need of maintenance & renovation. Lots of small issues that need attention. Main issue was bathroom light/fan combo that sounded like the motor was jammed. Didn't feel safe using it - so no light either. Neighborhood not the greatest. Good staff doing what they can with what they have

Great stay for the price. Close enough to either Birmingham or Tuscaloosa for gameday. Will be staying again

Location was perfect for us

The place was dirty. Lots of pot smells throughout our floor, on both nights. The mattress was beyond old. We had to use a pillow to fill the hole on my husband's side for him to be somewhat flat. I mean the largest depression I've seen in any hotel room mattress ever. Also supposedly no dogs but room next door had large dog that was barking. This hotel was really bad
