"Would not stay again"

Right off the exit.

Our bathroom was dirty. The TV did not work and we had to move rooms. We asked for housekeeping and it was never done. The hotel is old and it looks like they do patch work. Even the switch plates in the bathroom were dirty and gross. The lady that greeted us at the front counter seemed very bothered and charged the wrong cc. The bright spot was the lady that worked the breakfast each morning. She was so friendly!

I was expecting more because it is Baymont by Wyndom. But, I was disappointed the moment I drove ionto the property. The sign was a banner. Then the toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I had to go down in my pjs to get a plunger and fix it myself. The breakfast bar included waffles but one patron cooked 8 waffles and chatted with the attendent the whole time we were in the breakfast rarea. We had other choices and we will take them next time.

Check in was easy. The hotel was clean. We tried to swim before leaving but they had just put chemicals in the pool at 9am so it was closed. I was confused as to why they wouldn’t have put the chemicals in the pool when it closed at 8pm the night before instead of at 9 when it opened back up. My kids were excited about swimming but we weren’t able to. Other than that it was fine
