Good place to stop. Quiet. Good sleep

Great location, friendly staff

Surprising good hotel. It’s not luxury but for the price, it’s convenient and comfortable. Upstairs rooms are modern and clean. Avoid downstairs rooms if you don’t have a pet as these are used for people with dogs. Good for visiting Oxford and short drive to Thornhill park and ride.

The carpet was filthy. There was no access to clean drinking water. The coffee and milk were sparse. Overall poor.

The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. The hotel was functional and the breakfast plentiful. The room was much quieter than I had expected from being on the ground floor. I’d stay again if I had to.

Convenient location

I was asked to check in online before arriving at the property but this did not seem to make any difference to the check in experience. I said that I would be arriving by 1pm but apparently this did not represent a request for early check in as I was told I should have phoned and said I was arriving then. So what is the point of the online check in?

Very nice staff but this hotel is very tired with carpets taped down, worn woodwork and paint. It’s price and convenience for motorway are the reason to stay here.

Room was noisy. Good budget hotel

Perfect for a one night stay. Booked last minute at a great price. Hotel is in service station next to motorway but no noise heard during my stay. Friendly staff. My room was clean quiet & modern.
