We come here for the excellent staff and the location. Hotel is aging but eccentric and fun. Service here best out of all three Texas ZaZa locations even though the other locations offer newer amenities that justify the cost. Fun bar area.

ZaZa Dallas is our favorite! My daughter moved to Dallas and when we come to visit this is our preferred place to stay. There are lots of other choices but nothing compares to the unique experience and outstanding staff at ZaZa.

The suites have everything you need for a fun weekend! The room we had was very roomy! The Zaza is beautiful and the staff are simply the best! This is the only place I want to stay in Dallas! It made our girls birthday trip perfect!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel ZaZa Uptown Dallas! We were greeted and taken care of as we arrived. The rooms were spacious and stocked ready for us. We had a fun time in the Dragonfly Bar and the ZaZa drivers got us everywhere we needed or wanted to be. I will stay here again and can't wait to! There is nothing I could recommend to improve, they really had everything thought out for comfort, pampering and luxury!
