Everyone was so friendly and the hotel was beautiful! Our beds were comfortable and rooms were spotless. We had a large group and everyone was so accommodating.

Had a great time. Nice bar. Room was nice. The shower and water pressure were the highlight. Very high flow.

Yesterday, my wife and I renewed our vows of 30 years of marriage at your Hotel ZaZa location in Uptown Dallas. Of all the places in the world my wife wanted to have this special moment it was at this specific hotel. And not just at this hotel, but specifically in room 412 and specifically on the balcony. I can't make this up! We talked for weeks about what it would look like, and it says a lot about this property that this was one of the most important moments etched in our memory over the past few years that this is where we ended up for our vow renewal. We have renewed our vows at 10 years, 20 years, and 25 years―each uniquely different than the one before and this one yesterday stood out as well. First, Samara was incredibly accommodating with me going back and forth trying to figure all of this out from a distance, as I spend most of my time in Omaha, Nebraska. Even though we were undecided on setup, she let the process play out in terms of where we would do the vow renewal in the hotel and we ultimately decided on the room itself. She was helpful in ensuring that we got this very specific room on this specific day. Also, Samara was instrumental in helping find resources that we needed. Specifically, she referred to the photographer that we had for the event yesterday and the photographer was fantastic! Samara also provided a lot of referrals for videographers and for ministers and that helped us find just what we needed. It was a special day and Hotel ZaZa was part of it, and so was Samara.

Hotel ZaZa Dallas is flat-out awesome. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the pool is a scene, and the restaurant and bar are top-notch. The whole place has that perfect mix of upscale and relaxed. The real game changer, though, was Samara. She handled our group booking and made the entire process effortless. Quick replies, every detail covered, zero surprises; she made my group feel like VIPs before they even checked in. What could have been a headache was completely stress-free thanks to her. If you’re booking a group in Dallas, do yourself a favor and call Samara. Hotel ZaZa is already a great property, but she’s the reason the experience went from great to unforgettable.
