According to Article 481, section d) of the Tax Statute, accommodation services are exempt from VAT (0%) only for persons residing abroad, provided that the legal requirements are met. The exemption applies to foreign nationals not residing in Colombia and Colombian nationals residing abroad who can prove such status. To make the exemption effective, the following requirements must be met at check-in: present a valid passport with the entry stamp to Colombia; in the case of Colombian nationals residing abroad, present a valid document certifying residence outside the country (residence visa, consular certificate, or equivalent document); and request that the invoice be issued in the guest’s name. If the required documentation is not presented, accommodation will be subject to the applicable VAT rate of 19%. The hotel insurance is optional and has a cost of COP 5,000 per person, per night. VAT will be added to this amount, provided that the guest’s tax exemption does not apply. Breakfast is served daily from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Room Service is available Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, service operates from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM. The photographs shown for each room type are illustrative and serve as a general reference. Due to the architecture and design of our hotel, rooms within the same category may vary in layout, decoration, or view. Therefore, the room assigned at check-in may not be exactly the same as the images, while always guaranteeing the same services and standards of the reserved category.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
