Location was great beach was great hotel was great this was my second time here

The thing that bothers us was our room was the first one on the first floor by the game room and the elevator and the front desk at night it was so much noise going on we can hear the kids by the game room everytime someone open the doors we can it hear it squeak we can hear dogs barking in the hotel lobby people talking loud and laughing this was real late at night I would still come back again i just don't want to be on the first floor ps I only got 3 hours of sleep also our room never got dark because it was a building across from us that kept the lights on all night that was a big disappoint for me and my boyfri

Even though the property is quite dated it is historic. It was built in 1927 and even Al Capone stayed in the penthouse. The views of the ocean are fabulous. We stayed in 809, the unit was very clean and the morning sunrise was awesome. It’s right on the beach a big plus. The king size bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Mabel, at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Hotel is very dated but clean and can’t beat the view of the ocean. Restaurant next door is great. Food is good and atmosphere is fun. Nice outside setups

Absolutely horrible! Do not waste your money! They told us we could check in at 12 but when w we checked in they said people before us extended their stay but a room would be cleaned for us shortly. Never got out studio until almost 4pm! We couldn’t believe our eyes from the elevator dirty and needed repairs right straight through the entire place! We stayed in studio 303 after traveling back from a funeral, hoping to cook a meal and relax on beach for free days. The kitchen was deplorable with failing down ceilings and insulation hanging in cupboards on dishes. None of the doors close tight including the stairwells, talk about fire hazard! We asked to speak to management for a refund and point out the safety risks only to be told a manager was not available until Wednesday. (3 days). We checked out and the girl said oh well do you want another room. We can get you into one now. Hmmm, yet after traveling for several hours after a funeral you left us sitting for 4 hours! What a major disappointment. The beach house restaurant had a truck/football party so the private beach they talked about was a joke also as we were asked to leave the area we were in to accommodate trucks driving on for the football game. This place should be fined and shut down!
