Legacy Vacation Resorts - Brigantine Beach

There was only 2 people in the whole place that spoke english, no one answered phone or texts most of the time.

It smelled good in the room and the hallways and even in the elevator. Sometimes hotels have a bad smell but Legacy smelled good.

Hotel allows smoking on the main porch. There is a no smoking section but the acrid smell of smoke is still obvious. It defeats the purpose of sitting outside in the ocean air to smell cigarette smoke. Room only had one thin blanket on the bed. Could have used another blanket.

Property was convenient to the beach, but very limited double parking. Couldn’t get car out to go places. Agreement said beach tags are provided but never were.

We stayed in room 809 which had a great view of the beach and ocean. We couldn't have asked for better days at the beach. The suite was comfortable but it smelled like dog, but we enjoyed our stay. If you like Italian food they have that at the beach house which is located on the beach outside of the hotel. Not many places to eat so we went to AC and ate at Kelsey's and Kim's and also Applebee's. We had breakfast at Phoenix Diner in Absecon. So there are restaurants near Brigantine. No problem with parking and it's free. Employees were very pleasant. I would stay again.

Had trouble with blinds. We were able to raise for a good view of the ocean and sunlight, however, we couldn't get them back down. Also, I didn't like the smell of dog in room 809.

Quiet place right on beach

Hotel needs serious renovations. They havent done anything in over 30 years and it shows it.

I love the porch

Being that the hotel is on top of a restaurant I feel like it should’ve been noted, That parking may not be available as it was for me and my partner when we went check in. Check-in was at four that being early dinner hour the parking lot was over already overflowing and double parked. We had to pay for parking and then at a nearby lot as the restaurant had utilized the hotel’s parking lot. Even if we would’ve got a parking spot in the early hours of the day, we would’ve easily been parked in leaving us unable to leave the hotel to do other activities at night.
